Marwan Robert Midani is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in business development, operations, change management, and strategic planning. As a Managing Member of Sales Quest, LLC, a US-based company, Marwan brings over three decades of expertise to the forefront.

His diverse background in operations development, spans industries such as energy, telecommunications, education and life sciences and has worked in various regions, such as MENA, Europe, and the US.

In his most recent role as President of E-N-G Mobile Systems, LLC, from 2017 to 2023, Marwan showcased his exceptional leadership abilities by expanding the company's clientele to include aerospace, medical, and tech enterprises, as well as various US and international government agencies.

He also led successful operations and change management efforts, relocating the entire company from California’s Bay Area to a larger facility in North Carolina. Prior to this, as the Director of Business Development at Constellation Holdings in Dubai, he played a pivotal role in supporting companies with growth prospects in the Middle East and East Africa regions.

Marwan's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Healthcare Leadership from the University of Manchester (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from theUniversity of Southern California (USA). These degrees provide him with a unique perspective on leadership and problem-solving. Marwan is Certified by several institutions in “Sustainability & ESG” processes and is passionate about integrating this knowledge into his projects.

Fluent in English, German, and Arabic, with conversational skills in French and Spanish, Marwan's

multilingual abilities allow him to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. This enhances his ability to build relationships and forge international

partnerships.

Splitting his time between Los Angeles and Dubai, Marwan leverages his global perspective and extensive network in both locations. With his expertise, coaching and mentoring abilities, and cultural adaptability, Marwan continues to drive growth, success, and personal development wherever he goes.

Marwan is a member of Rotary International, the American Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and was selected as a Mentor with the University of Manchester, UAE Alumni Association to provide student

mentees with guidance and advice on their career path.
